Project Background
UnitedHealth Group and AARP were partnering to enhance their existing pilot website,
which was focused on offering Medicare Advantage products to Medicare-eligible AARP
members in Rhode Island. Their goal was to increase the value of the user experience
by offering educational information, new tools, and resources with a more attractive
look and feel. The updated site would leverage online brand standards of AARP and
UnitedHealth Group, and would leverage copy and basic site structure of another
UnitedHealth Group web property. The site was required to be completed in time for
Medicare open enrollment.
The page10 Solution
page10 utilized existing online brand standards to create a unique information structure
and visual design to meet the business, marketing, and user needs. The page10 team
provided all web copy for the new site and developed all web pages for implementation
onto an existing enterprise platform within UnitedHealth Group within 10 weeks,
which met the Medicare open enrollment timeline requirements.
